Aim: This training is for professionals who would like to become Every Relationship Matters in Norfolk (reducing parental conflict) facilitators. The role of facilitator will be to attend this workshop and then cascade this to your team and colleagues within your organisation after the training.

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of the session, professionals will:

• Have knowledge of the impact parental conflict can have on children and families.
• Understand how parental conflict is different to domestic abuse.
• Using the Every Relationship Matters in Norfolk Awareness Toolkit.
• Awareness for other support services for reducing parental conflict.
• Writing a pledge in how your service will support the reduction of parental conflict.  

Target Audience – our target audience are professionals who have a strong interest in reducing parental conflict within their teams. You will be given the slides after completing the training to deliver to your teams, and to attend networking facilitator events once every 6 months to support you within your pledge to Every Relationship Matters in Norfolk.
